AI Text Modifier Browser Extension

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the AI Text Modifier browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Service Overview

The AI Text Modifier is a browser extension that provides an interface to AI services (OpenAI and Anthropic APIs) for text modification purposes. The Extension is operated by Sergei Suslov (Sole Professional No. 105731).

3. User Requirements

3.1 API Keys

To use the Extension, you must provide your own API keys from supported services:

• OpenAI API Key: Required for OpenAI-powered text modifications
• Anthropic API Key: Required for Anthropic-powered text modifications
• You are responsible for obtaining, managing, and paying for your own API access
• API usage costs are separate from the Extension activation fee

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Extension.

4. Extension Functionality

The Extension serves as an interface that:

• Processes selected text from web pages
• Sends text to AI services (OpenAI/Anthropic) via your API keys
• Returns modified text based on your instructions
• Stores settings and API keys locally in your browser

5. Payment and Activation

• Activation keys are purchased through https://aiextension.sergedevs.com
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Activation fees are separate from API usage costs
• You are responsible for all API charges incurred through your usage
• We do not provide refunds for API usage costs

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws
• Respect the terms of service of OpenAI and Anthropic
• Protect your API keys and activation key from unauthorized access
• Monitor and manage your API usage and associated costs
• Not share your activation key with others
• Use the Extension only for lawful text modification purposes

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Extension to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate any third-party rights or terms of service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent activation mechanisms
• Share or resell activation keys
• Use the Extension for any commercial purpose without proper licensing

8. Third-Party Services

Your use of OpenAI and Anthropic APIs through this Extension is subject to their respective terms of service:

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from Extension use
• API service outages or costs
• Content generated by AI services

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of activation fees
• Any other reason at our discretion

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
